Starlight, Star bright!
Starlight Dance Centre was founded by the renowned world ballroom and Latin champions Bill and Bobbie Irvine in the 1960’s. It is now a world-famous centre of ballroom dance teaching for professional and amateur dancers from throughout the globe.
It is run by a consortium of world-famous dancers including the former world ballroom champions Marcus and Karen Hilton.
The social side of the studio is open to the public to come and learn basic Latin and ballroom steps. Social dance is non-competitive dancing. Competitive dancing can be followed through private lessons starting at a basic level.
